When I first started preparing for college admissions, I wrote my own essays and structured my application. However, the results were less than I expected, so I decided to prepare for transfer. I wanted professional help with transfer, and Harvest gave me the opportunity to improve my activities and essays. The most helpful part was that they pointed out areas I hadn't realized I had, and they helped me focus my portfolio. Despite my diverse activities and high scores, I realized I wasn't sure where to start with my application. Through Harvest, I was able to organize my activities and essays around my major and career path. Instead of being a scattered applicant, I felt like I had clear goals for transfer. Personally, I felt more at ease. I was able to refine my application by researching not only my high school activities but also my current university activities and classes. I was also very satisfied with the fact that they allowed me to write my essays first and edit them to make them stand out. Despite the time difference in Japan, communication was fast and clear, which made the process less stressful. While attending school in Japan, the process of transferring to an American university seemed vague, but thanks to the detailed guidance and advice, I was able to calm my mind and ultimately succeed in transferring.
